Mabou River Inn is a family owned and operated facility. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and have tried to anticipate the needs of our guests. We offer very homey, clean, comfortable accommodations. You will feel right at home after walking in our door.

We are very proud of our facility, and our friendly staff are ready to welcome you.

Rooms

The Inn has 9 rooms, each with a private bath and now, three 2 bedroom housekeeping suites. Of the 9 rooms in the Inn, only two of these rooms have the bathroom en-suite, so we have provided bathrobes in all the rooms where you must leave your room to access your private washroom, to ensure your privacy and comfort. Four of the rooms on the upper level each have a private 4-pc bath and the three rooms on the lower level have a private 3-pc washroom.

  • Type A - 2 rooms each with a queen size bed and en-suite 4-pc bath (upper level)
  • Type B - 3 rooms with a queen size bed, with a private 4-pc bath (not en-suite, upper level)
  • Type C - 1 room with 2 single beds, with a private 4-pc bath (not en-suite, upper level)
  • Type D - 1 room with a double bed and a single bed, with a private 3-pc bath
  • Type E - 2 rooms with one double and one single bed, with a private 3-pc bath (across the hall, lower level)

Each bathroom is spacious and offers high quality fixtures.


Room 2
The 2 bedroom housekeeping apartments are equipped with a pullout in the living room, full kitchen, CBTV, VCR, telephone, private 4-pc bath and have separate entrances.
  • Apt 1 - (lower level, approx 600 sq ft) 1 one of the rooms has a queen bed, the other a double bed and a pull out in the living room. Sleeps 6
  • Apt 2 - (upper level, approx 1000 sq ft) 1 one of the rooms has a queen bed, the other a double bed with a pull out in the living room and a pullout in the huge kitchen. Sleeps 8
  • Apt 3 - (lower level, approx 800 sq ft) 1 of the two rooms has a queen bed and the other 2 single beds with a pull out in the living room. Sleeps 6.

  • Senior’s, CAA, or AAA Discount (May, June & September only) - 10% Off Regular Daily Rates

All rates are based on double occupancy. For additional people add $10 per person.
We have 1 crib available- n/c. Children under 5- n/c. Children 5-12- $5.00 extra each.
We also have 3 cots available which are suitable for upper level Queen rooms only (Rooms 2, 3 and/or 6)-$10.00 each.

Full/Hot Breakfast is available for our guests in our Dining Room from 8:00 'til 9:30 am and features fresh home baking daily.

We have received quite a reputation for our Breakfasts and our Pizzas.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum 48 hour notice by phone on one and two night reservations. Weekly, three day or longer, or group reservations may require a 50% deposit on booking, and cancellation must be received 45 days prior. If a cancellation is received in less than the minimum time, any charge or refund will be based on the resale of the room(s) and/or apartment(s). The credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged. A $15.00 administrative fee will apply for each room night cancelled.
